Returns & Exchanges

If you need to start a return or exchange, please email us at portal@fotorecord.com and include your order number and confirmation email.


Return Eligibility
Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

  • Contact us first and we’ll guide you through the process.


Partial Refunds May Be Issued For:

  • Items that show significant use, damage, or abuse

  • Returns requested more than 30 calendar days after delivery


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you with confirmation and let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

If you have accidentally incurred duplicate charges due to website error at no cause of your own, we will immediately refund your purchase for the duplicate order.

Contact your bank for further information

If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received it, reach out to us at portal@fotorecord.com.


Exchanges
We’ll replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at portal@fotorecord.com.


Return Shipping
We’ll email you a prepaid return label. If you choose to use your own shipping method, you will be responsible for those costs and we cannot offer reimbursement.

For high-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We can’t guarantee receipt of items not shipped with tracking.
